Hi all, I have been asked by the Board of Directors to send out this e-mail.
It has come to our attention, through e-mails and personal conversations, that the election process is not clear to some of our members. Realizing this, the BOD has made a decision to reopen nominations for the three positions on the BOD one in each of the era’s 60, 70, and 80 and also one for Alumni Association President.
All nominations will be reviewed to insure that the person has paid their dues and is currently a member in good standing. The nominations will be open from Tuesday October 27, 2009 until midnight Wednesday November 4, 2009.
We apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding about the process, it seems that we too have different ideas as to what was and is to be done. The BOD will work together to make the election process clearer for future elections.

Our meeting is still set for Saturday November 7, 2009 at 7:30 at the Post.
