March 15 is right around the corner and we need to start making some final arrangements for the DrumFest.

Just a few things I could use your help with.

Workers... We still need more folks to help. Please contact me ASAP if you can help work the event. The more folks we have, the shorter the shifts will be and we can rotate everyone's assignments.

Competitors... If you haven't sent an application to me yet you need to as soon as possible. Performance spots are in the reverse order of the application date. First application in is last to perform. I have heard there are lots of Bridgemen looking to compete. So, if you are performing at the DrumFest, please get your application in.

maybe to do some of the running and stuff.

You can count on my husband (extensive athletic snack stand manning experience and is also a volunteer EMT) my 12 year old son (hopeful future Bridgemen drumline member) and probably my almost 16 year old daughter.
