Out of curiousity, where is the strangest place you have practiced The Shuffle (past and present years)?

We did it a few weeks ago with Jennifer at a Salsa Club!

The shuffle should be practiced ANYWHERE & EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

And as much as possible!!!!!!

My daughter's cheerleader's gym has full wall mirrors. While I was waiting for her to finish I did a little shuffling. I was caught, many little girls laughed, my daughter was totally embarrased.

All in all, a pretty good night.

WOW, This is definitely not the kind of responses we expected....however...a young little Joe thinks he may have been there innocently taking a shower...and blocked out the traumatic experience...

Ummm...just for the record I claim medical exemption to this form of initiation...naked shuffling has been known to cause black and blue eyes in the ...ummm....overly endowed. My doctor recommends shuffling can only be done with good support.

Some would say that I never did get it quite right.

I practiced the shuffle in Shanghai. On a busy evening while practicing fire dance and danny boy.
THen went back to the 3 midgets, 6 cans of whip cream and and a jacuzzi filled with soy sauce I had lined up in Bangkok

We have another one to add on the list (although it's no Shanghai Surprise) but we did it last night while dancing the polka (YES, I said THE POLKA!). It threw the old people for a loop but we figured it would be good to get in one last one before practice today!

Sorry, it wasn't that one but we can't remember which one it was... It was a live band called The Polka Family. They are a lot of fun...you'll have to come next time and try it out yourself.
